Taconic prides themselves on top quality whiskey using New York grains from their farm and all surrounding farms. 

Currently sitting at 124 proof in the barrel and aged 9 years, barreled on 1/19/17 this whiskey will only get better.

Taconic Rye notes:

Nose - Heavy fruit, sweet oats, baking spice, light pepper, subtle oak, and light butterscotch.  

Palate - Sweet bright fruit, vanilla, sweet candy, well blended spices and even a slight citrus and dark fruit note.  Very long finish to polish off a great sip as well as drinking well below its proof
